Celebrating Outstanding Cambridge Learners with Twibbonize
Cambridge International Education uses Twibbon campaign to celebrate and add more fun to their prestigious award ceremony

The Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards Ceremony on May 23, 2026 in Malaysia – Cambridge
Recently, we had the honor of hosting a campaign for the Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards Ceremony in Malaysia. The ceremony was held on May 23, 2026, at Taylor’s International School Puchong, celebrating 118 awardees across 40 schools in Malaysia. As part of Cambridge University Press & Assessment and the University of Cambridge, the International Education group works with schools worldwide to build an education that shapes knowledge, understanding, and skills.
We reached out to Melissa Sjaichudin, Senior Marketing Communications Executive at @cambridgeint_seap, to find out more about the event and what the campaign means for them.
The Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards are a group of awards issued by Cambridge International Education, that recognise exceptional achievement in Cambridge exams around the world. Students are recognised across multiple award categories, including Top in the World, Top in Country, High Achievement, and Best Across programmes, celebrating exceptional subject performance and outstanding overall results at Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Level, and Cambridge International A Level.
We asked Ms. Sjaichudin what made the organization use Twibbonize as part of the ceremony. “This was our first time using Twibbonize,” she responded, “as we wanted to introduce a more engaging and interactive element to what is typically a formal ceremony, while creating something that would resonate with our audience.” As award ceremonies can often feel formal for students, a personalized Twibbonize campaign is a great way to introduce a more interactive and exciting element for everyone.

Promoting the campaign – Cambridge
The campaign was presented during the event. We notice one thing from how @cambridgeint_seap promoted the use of this campaign to their audience that can make your own campaign-sharing efficient. Showing QR instead of just the link makes it even easier for everyone to access the campaign page. One tap on your camera app as opposed to typing up a link.
Ms. Sjaichudin added that @cambridgeint_seap used Twibbonize “as a way to encourage our community to engage with Cambridge on Instagram”. Through a simple act of uploading their own photos and sharing the Twibbon, the community helps amplify the visibility of the awards, as well as connecting them back to Cambridge. This is an interesting use of our Twibbon to celebrate and signals a relationship to a prestigious institution. A win-win for all.
